     In addition to home building, our principals have expanded to development.  Cozort Construction has developed and co-developed residential communities throughout Tulsa, Jenks, and Bixby including Twin Creeks, Southern Lakes, Stone Creek, Ashton Woods, Lexington, Wexford, Braden Park, Dutchers Crossing, Rushbrooke, and Devonshire Estates.
